Responsible for testing, checking, and correcting system issues, as well as trying new functions.
Coordinate API integration with shipping companies and banks.
Update training videos and implement new system functions.
Visit customer warehouses to collect and understand their needs, then present recommendations to the IT team.
Qualifications:
Over 2 years of experience in ERP systems.
Strong logical thinking skills with a good understanding of warehouse system operations.
Experience in e-commerce system operations is required. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with more than 2 years of experience working in warehouse systems, the transportation industry, or ERP software.
Proficiency in Chinese is a must. English proficiency will be an added advantage.
IT knowledge and skills are highly valued.
Must be fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
