About the Job  Lead the end-to-end product development process, taking ownership from ideation to launch for the rewards related products assigned to you.  Spearhead the development and enhancement of rewards features, collaborating closely with engineering teams and product designers to build the solutions.  Engage directly with customers or internal stakeholders to translate their requirements into actionable product features, steering prioritization and roadmap development.  Define and prioritize short and long-term product goals, ensuring clear communication with the team and stakeholders.  Collaborate closely with software engineers, product designers, operations, legal, compliance, and analytics teams.  Establish a comprehensive monitoring framework  Design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the rewards processes.  Conduct regular analysis of rewards data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.  Establish clear success metrics and support teams in achieving them.  Requirements  Previous experience working as a Product Manager within rewards, loyalty programs, fintech, or financial services domains. 2-4+ years of product management experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked closely with software engineers and have a good understanding of software development practices and system design.  Good level of knowledge on APIs (REST, JSON).  Comfortable working with data and utilizing it to make informed decisions.  Work with UX researchers and designers to ensure the product or feature provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.  Ability to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.  Capable of transforming incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.  Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a strong command of the English language.  Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.  Experience working as a technical product manager is a plus.
