It Project Manager (Erp Implementation)

Job ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough market research to identify potential ERP vendors and solutions.
Select the appropriate software that aligns with the organization's needs and goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for ERP implementation.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Conduct testing and validation activities to guarantee the functionality and integrity of the ERP modules.
Develop and implement training programs for end-users.
Facilitate change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
RequirementsProven experience as a project manager, preferably with a focus on large-scale IT or ERP implementations.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
Knowledge of different ERP modules (e.g., finance, human resources, supply chain) and their integration.
Previous experience with ERP implementation projects is highly desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to facilitate meetings, negotiations, and discussions is important.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during the implementation process.
Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, end-users, vendors, and IT teams.
