Key Responsibilities: Managing system enhancements following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, from requirements gathering to test run and Go Live.Developing new system requirements, System IntegrationFully understanding the linkage between ERP, MES, and WMS systems.Collaborating with external customers for requirements gathering, deadlines, budgets, etc.Working with internal stakeholders such as process engineers, production personnel, and test engineers to convert requirements into system processes.Coordinating with system developers to build the system based on gathered requirements.Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Predictive and Prescriptive System Analytics and Solutions ArchitectQualifications: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.Strong understanding of ERP, MES, and WMS systems.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.PMP certification is preferred.Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as will be engaging with Eastern customers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both external customers and internal stakeholders.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with project management tools and software.Additional Requirements: Strong leadership skills to guide project teams and ensure successful project deliverables with QCDS and PDCA.Independent and Ability to adapt to fluid changing project requirements and manage project risks.Excellent organizational skills to manage project documentation and reporting.Knowledge of semiconductor industry best practices and standards is advantageous
