It Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs to candidate placement, while maintaining strong client relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience. 
Your Responsibilities: Engage closely with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring requirements, company culture, and specific role expectations.Deliver consistent updates to clients on recruitment status, candidate feedback, and relevant market trends.Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted recruitment partner.Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to proactively identify qualified candidates.Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, while managing a strong talent pipeline for ongoing needs.Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing clients and candidates with necessary preparation and follow-up to ensure a seamless process.Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate competencies, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the recruitment journey.Facilitate job offer negotiations, including salary and employment terms, while providing clients with insights on industry salary trends.Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge to offer informed recruitment advice and strategic recommendations to clients.Key Competencies: Experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition is a plus.Good communication, negotiation and client service skills.Good organizational and time management abilities.Candidates with sales experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
