It Sales Executive

To sell IT products and services (Hardware e.g. laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, etc. / Software e.g. Microsoft, Autodesk, Adobe, Bluebeam etc. / IT Training Courses)- To prospect new customers and follow-up on sales enquiries to maximize sales opportunities- To utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companies' products and services (database will be provided)- To generate leads, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints- To achieve Sales Target- Coordinate with purchasing department on sales orders- Use of MYOB, CRM, and HubSpot- Attend training on the latest IT hardware and software updates- Entry level applicants are welcome to apply- Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Executive position**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Telesales: 1 year (required)
