It Senior Staff Engineer (R2R)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate, and document business requirements.
Map business requirements, processes, and objectives. Develop, customize, and configure necessary system modifications, perform testing, and document results.
Act as the liaison between IT technical team and business functions to ensure requirements and progress are communicated accurately and timely. Work with business functions in problem solving and troubleshooting. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
Handle changes or emergencies as needed for high priority issues in Kulim and Regensburg. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
Experience in Run to Run, Statistical Process Control & Fault Detection & Classification, equipment integration, requirements engineering (R2R).
Well versed in SQL, Oracle, and Linux (basics).
Highly independent and motivated, providing a strong interface between process engineering and automation.
