It Senior Staff Engineer (R2R)

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Responsibilities:Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
Identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements.
Map business requirements, processes and objectives.
Develop, customize and configure necessary system modifications, perform testing and document results.
Act as the liaison between IT technical team and business functions to ensure requirements and progress are communicated accurately and timely.
Work with business functions in problem solving and troubleshooting.
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Handle changes or emergencies as needed for high priority issues in Kulim and Regensburg.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Minimum Requirements:Min.
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
Experience in Run to Run, Statistical Process Control & Fault Detection & Classification, equipment integration, requirements engineering (R2R).
Well-versed in SQL, Oracle, and basic Linux.
Need to be highly independent and motivated, providing a strong interface between process engineering and automation.
