Description
Provide first-line technical support for Korean-speaking users, including troubleshooting the issues.
Respond to incidents and service requests through phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication in both English and Korean.
Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests in the IT service management system.
Profile
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is required.
Minimum 0-2 years experience in IT support or help desk roles, with strong troubleshooting skills.
Open for fresh graduates who can speak, read and write in Korean.
This position does not require shift work.
