This position reports to Head of IT Services.
Roles & Responsibilities: Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet business needs.Solution Design: Design and architect IT solutions, including software, hardware, and network systems, that align with business goals and support scalability and future growth.Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality are maintained.System Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems, identifying and resolving potential compatibility or performance issues.Technical Support: Provide Level 3 (L3) support for complex technical issues, working closely with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with business units, ensuring clear updates on project progress, technical challenges, and solution delivery.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance IT services and solutions, driving process automation, system upgrades, and technology adoption.Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, solutions, and projects.Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end-users on new technologies and solutions. To be considered, you'll need: Recognized degree in Computer Science or Information Systems;At least 3 years of experience in IT business solutions, business analysis, or systems management;Expertise in endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune or equivalent);Experience in configuring and deploying endpoint security measures (antivirus, encryption, etc.); Knowledge of device lifecycle management (provisioning, monitoring, patching, and decommissioning); Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence) for enhancing communication and productivity across teams; Can start immediately or short notice period will be an added advantage; Your Traits Quick, Bold, Can-do attitude; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Good communication and report writing skills;Resilient in handling challenging and demanding work scenario;Strong advocate of teamwork;Adaptable to changes in business process and working style; What you get: Cool and innovative working environmentWork-life balance and our working hours are flexibleWe are too cool for ties.
