**Job Role**:- Software support for operation area and offices- Hardware/equipment support for operation area and offices- Support in IT related assets maintenance and audit- Support for networking, server and database maintenance- Handle occasional incidents as reported by user**Job Requirement**:- IT background / experience preferred- Working 6 days / week (Mon - Sat)- Must be able to work on shift schedule & public holiday- Team work and multi-tasking- Fast Learner with strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- IT support: 1 year (required)
