Your responsibilities:



-Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.


-Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on computers, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.


-Troubleshooting: Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.


-Network Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.


-Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.


-IT Asset Management: Manage and track IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and disposal of equipment.

; Requirements:-


-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred).


-Preferable age between 25 - 45.


-Proven experience in providing IT support.


-Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.


-Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud technologies.


-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


-Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is compulsory as candidate need to communicate with Mandarin speaking employees.
