It Team Leader – Infra

Details of the offer

To lead an Infra/network team to establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration, routing and switching protocols.
Responsibilities
Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.
Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation.
Responsible for the provisioning, configuration and administrative for any network security solution.
Provide comprehensive network security policy based on the best practice and on demand to ensure secured and protected.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Provide day-to-day operation support for any network security request/incident/hands-on/enhancement.
Works with the Internal audit team in conducting IT audits, assessment, reviews, penetration testing, vulnerabilities assessment, scanner etc.
Lead a team thru task assigning, tracking in weekly/monthly basis and provide coaching to team member.
Maintain IT documentation, report status and escalate issues to management.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): LAN networks, hardware, software & networking, Switches etc.
Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, cope with highly challenging environment, proactive, punctuality, good attitude and able to work under pressure.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
