It Technician

Job Responsibilities:Must be experienced in all troubleshooting of laptops (Changing Keyboard / LCD / Motherboard, speaker, dismantling of full laptop to parts, etc.)
Assist in answering technical queries on online platforms
Packing for online orders
5 days work week
Initiative to take on responsibilities and attention to detail
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Daily quota of minimum 30 to 50 repair/processing laptop tasks to be met per day
Job Requirements:
Must have good IT knowledge (Software and hardware)
Minimum 1 year experience
Troubleshooting of hardware and software of Windows which includes:
Dismantling of full laptop to individual parts
Changing of laptop RAM
Changing of laptop HDD/SSD
Changing of LCD/keyboard/motherboard
Installing Windows
Installing Drivers
Must be good in English
Must be able to reply to messages in English
