It Technician

Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Assist with setting up new user accounts, profiles, and email configurations.
System Maintenance :
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and other IT tools.
Monitor and maintain hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Ensure antivirus, security software, and system backups are up to date.
Network Administration :
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless connections.
Identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
Support the implementation of network upgrades and infrastructure projects.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and support tickets.
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and processes to improve future responses.
Training and User Support :
Educate users on IT policies, security best practices, and software usage.
