We are looking for a C&V Vendor Manager that services outcomes to achieve business objectives and secures partner delivery quality and value for money by providing transparent IS/IT partner performance metrics. They assess and manage risk in the vendor and measure, monitor, and provide transparency on all aspects of IS/IT performance and organize and chair in-scope partner(s) governance and drive business value by increasing vendor productivity and managing the service risk.

Supports Vendor Managers to deliver best-in-class IT Products with the right balance of external services and assets at the best value for money, risk and speed balance, delivering quality and Vendor Management capabilities that balance value, cost, risk and speed over time according to IT technology sourcing strategy.
Supports Vendor Managers to define governance models, ensuring appropriate timely evaluations of new sources of services, managing the transition from one source to another.
Assess and deliver business value from services delivered by external service providers in coordination with internal delivery organizations.
Ensure services are compliant with internal and external standards regarding compliance.
Supports the development of the IT sourcing and partner (ecosystem) management strategy and translates corporate IT and business imperatives into IT sourcing targets.
Establishing governance frameworks and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies. This includes monitoring vendor compliance, conducting audits, and addressing any non-compliance issues.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance vendor relationships and drive innovation. This involves staying informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and market developments that may impact vendor relationships.
Advise Product Group teams about appropriate service expectations around timing, execution of strategy, and delivery.
Provide learning & training, coaching, and leadership advice to select vendors, build alliances, and drive high delivery performance.
Ensure high quality/high impact transparency and decision-making within the governance bodies and in all interactions with IT customers.
What will make you successful
7+ years in negotiating and managing IT contracts and relationships or experience as an IT vendor.
Preferably bachelor's degree in business (IT management), engineering or IT.
Technology background and/or experience working in IT enabling the understanding and technology acumen required.
Previous professional exposure to complex disputes and driving change in supplier behaviors, creating a working environment where suppliers receive incentives to change behaviors to meet performance goals.
Experience in interactions with both internal and external senior leaders and comfort in collaboration with executives.
Conversational in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (Technical / Business Level).#J-18808-Ljbffr
