Jewellery Stylist Supervisor

As aJewellery Stylist Supervisor , you are our on-ground ambassador to the offline Wanderlust + Co experience. You contribute to the business by maximising sales on the floor across multiple stores, working towards increasing and improving store productivity and profitability, coaching and training staff with the skills needed to improve store performances, whilst providing exceptional customer service that meets the Wanderlust + Co standard. You will be responsible for leading activities within stores and being a role model to your team members.
You will help to achieve sales goals and build long-lasting client relationships through your passion for the brand and extensive product knowledge. You are also responsible to support all back-of-house related operational tasks, ensuring business opportunities are maximized, whilst maintaining the brand's offline experience standards.
Minimum QualificationsJob Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –
Sales and Floor ManagementDeliver a warm and pleasant experience to all customers visiting the stores.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals, monitoring sales performance to provide feedback to team and formulate on-ground sales strategies for team to hit targets.
Possess a strong drive for results while maintaining a positive and caring attitude at all times to both store team and customers.
Leading offline store strategies to determine activities that could potentially contribute to value added activities, to increase and boost team KPIs.
Identifying customer trends and monitoring product sell-through and inventory levels for products and supplies, communicating with HQ to ensure timely replenishment to maintain optimum stock levels.
Lead visual merchandising activities in-store, working with store team to optimize product placements and visual displays, based on in-store observations.
Ensuring optimal staffing levels through store rosters, adjusting based on customer traffic, store events etc, whilst adhering to the allocated budget.
Be on-ground at stores on a rotational basis, demonstrating sales leadership and excellent customer service, in addition to onboarding new team members, training and coaching store team in product knowledge and skills, sales techniques, general operations and procedures, and on-the-floor checklist.
In person catch-ups with store team, to inform and ensure full knowledge of upcoming collections and community events and feedback to HQ team on next steps.
Customer Service and DevelopmentOffer exceptional service to all Wanderlust + Co customers in person, or over the phone and through any electronic communication.
Demonstrate and equip jewellery stylists with strong product expertise and engage customers through product knowledge, brand storytelling and engaging conversations.
Able to highlight any issues and suggest appropriate solutions promptly to HQ Team so each customer's complaint / issue is effectively and promptly solved.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and excellent customer service including FAQ knowledge, proactively handling issues and strengthen customer loyalty by building community relationships, especially VIP customers.
OperationsExecute opening and closing of the store according to guidelines.
Ability to handle all store equipment, especially POS systems.
Lead visual merchandising, merchandising and housekeeping according to store guidelines.
Manage organisation of inventory and products, ensuring all items in store (on the floor or storage areas) are stored in organised and neat conditions.
Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the store.
Assist in packing or wrapping customers' merchandise.
Provide improvement suggestions to retail guidelines where necessary to optimise revenue and operational excellence overall.
Key RequirementsMinimum 4 - 6 years of experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
Background with experience in jewellery or fashion experience is preferred.
Strong business acumen and learning agility.
Highly organized, strong background in operations and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Positive attitude and a team player with the ability to lead and influence peers.
Confident, enthusiastic and positive.
Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Able to be independent with transport to travel between Wanderlust + Co retail locations (currently in Bangsar Village 2, Sunway Pyramid and The Exchange TRX, KL).
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay, Chinese is a plus.
