JOB VACANCY - SUPERVISOR ONSHORE & OFFSHORE (BASED IN KEMAMAN)
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma or certificate in Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising onshore and offshore operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and enforce company systems, procedures, and policies at the worksite.
Monitor employee productivity, providing necessary feedback and training to improve performance.
Set performance goals per the company's overall plans and vision.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Communicate crucial information between management and employees, ensuring smooth workflow and clear directives.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during operations, particularly at client sites.
Oversee the allocation of expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Supervise tasks at the worksite, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on schedule.
Ensure all employees are qualified, productive, and operate within safety standards.
