Job Responsibilities:
Match suppliers' delivery orders and invoices with purchase orders and goods received, ensuring timely payments.
Submit GST claims as stipulated by governmental requirements.
Check Delivery Orders for accuracy before coordinating with Administration to send out invoices.
Keep track of outstanding amounts owed by customers and coordinate with Marketing for timely payment collections.
Generate monthly statements of accounts for each customer.
Maintain system records of all accounting modules in good order.
Prepare, obtain approval, and pay out Cash Payments, Petty claims, and miscellaneous claims when necessary.
Prepare year-end P&L, Balance Sheets, and Income Statements for Management.
Prepare for and handle yearly audits.
Coordinate with Operations to conduct routine stock checks.
Perform processes as per documented requirements to uphold data accuracy for quality and environmental management improvement efforts.
Be aware of the quality and environmental policy and significant requirements associated with work activities.
Understand the consequences of departure from specified system procedures and work instructions.
Handle monthly payroll, EPF/SOSCO/EIS contributions, and liaise with relevant government departments.
