Junior Account & Finance Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome)• Assisting in performing month-end closing in a timely manner.
• Generating weekly and monthly operation analysis reports.
• Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data.
• Validating information/input in the monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
• Dealing with agencies to ensure the accuracy of expenditure data.
• Performing account reconciliation.
• Working closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure symmetry of information.
• Carrying out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.
