Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
Take ownership to maintain and develop customer relationships on a daily basis, follow up and communicate with customers (by WhatsApp/SMS/Email/Phone Call or with CRM system).
Understand customer needs and preferences to provide competitive products and services.
Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches.
Research and create reports to summarize the study/feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance.
Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or other related industries.
Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
Additional Information
Basic salary up to RM4,500
13 months bonus + up to 6 months performance bonus.
Probation WFH, Onsite upon confirmation.
