Junior Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities: To assist in preparing full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports; To handle data entry and day-to-day accounting functions in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
To assist in monthly cash flow forecast.
To assist in the preparation of annual audits and company tax in compliance with the mandatory requirements.
To perform other related job as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements: At least LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or related qualification.
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
Able to handle full set accounts is an added advantage.
PC literate and good communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of people.
Organized, meticulous and can work independently with minimum supervision.
Possess the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
