Open Position: Junior Admin Executive (Car Detailing Industry) A Car Detailing Company is currently hiring a Junior Admin Executive  to come and join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include: ·          At least 1 to 2 years working experience.
·          End-to-end payroll administration, covering tax clearance and comprehensive reporting.
·          Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
·          Assist in HR data entry and reporting as required.
·          Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
·          Generating routine reports spanning HR, administration, ISO compliance, and audits.
·          Manage office premises maintenance, equipment repairs, and ensure a secure working environment by liaising with vendors and service providers.
·          Other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·          Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
·          Proficient or at least can read or write in mandarin language.
·          Occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, and company events.
