Junior Baker

Duties & Responsibilities: - To prepare and bake pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, breads, puddings, cookies and rolls to achieve production outputs.To prepare and bake all bakery items based on menu and standardized recipes.To keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.To clean and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.To comply to all food safety and food act regulations to ensure quality of products.To lead and supervisor Bread Trainees. Qualification & Experience: - Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a BakerMinimum Certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry Art / Bread makingKnowledge of food act and food safetyAble to work in a team and independently with good interpersonal skills
