Junior Contract Administration Analyst

Join our developing Real Estate Finance team as a Junior Contract Administrator Analyst, supporting the Contract Administration process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate.
This position entails working closely with Country, Hub, and Central FIN teams, providing an exciting opportunity to engage in a global, innovative work setting.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead all aspects of the coordination and management of both external and internal contracts within the organization's contract management system, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Perform the internal space administration associated with internal occupancy.
Monitor and record changes in occupancy across all sites.
Report and validate data transmitted via interfaces to other reporting systems.
Develop regular reports on all contract management activities, providing analysis on performance, status, and important data (Space, Vacancy, etc.).
Provide data and validate all transfer of data to subsequent reporting systems (SAP, IFRS16 Tool, etc.).
Provide support to Country BAs on processing of all contract administration related processes.
Answer queries on standard data raised by Country BAs.
Review purchase order account assignment according to internal business structure requirements.
Maintain effective communication within the department and extended SE RE organization.
What You Bring
Minimum secondary education or comparable educational background, with a preference for a university degree in Management, Business Administration, or similar fields.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.
0-3 years of work experience.
Experience in Contracts Management, Real Estate, administrative, and/or financial processes is helpful.
Proficient in MS Excel & Office.
Desirable proficiency in Financial Applications (SAP).
As the individual will be responsible for managing the China market, hence proficiency in Mandarin is preferred and will be considered an additional advantage.

Capable of adjusting to changing priorities and managing tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Dedicated, resolved, and able to work effectively in global, virtual teams and networks.
