Junior Conveyancing Lawyer

Responsibilities:
Lawyer in charge of conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, general conveyancing files, and bank loan files.
Liaising and reporting status to agents and clients.
Monitoring sub-sale files deadlines and timelines.
Overseeing clerks that report to the conveyancing lawyer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
Hardworking, responsible, and committed to work.
Able to work efficiently and independently, as well as in a team.
