JUNIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- Draft sales and purchase agreements (sub-sales & developer sales) for both individual and company.
- Familiar with bank loan documents, discharge of charge, perfection of charge/transfer, and other conveyancing matters.
- Must be efficient, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks with good teamwork skills.
PUPIL / JUNIOR CLERK
- Assist the Conveyancing team with Developer direct sales, Sub-sale, and Perfection of transfer.
- Must be efficient, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn and take on new tasks with good teamwork skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
LLB, CLP or its equivalent
Good academic qualifications
Strong work ethics and positive working attitude
Multi-tasking and committed to learning
Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and priority for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin
Experience in conveyancing is an added advantage
Possess own transport and able to travel
