Tel: 0340269888Job Description:-Junior Corporate LawyerWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our Corporate Team.
You will provide legal support on various corporate matters and work closely with senior lawyers to ensure compliance, draft agreements, and assist in corporate transactions.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements and legal documents.Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure legal requirements are met.Assist senior lawyers in handling corporate matters.Experience:1-2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law.Experience with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and corporate governance policies.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.Attention to detail and accuracy.Additional Requirements:Eagerness to learn and grow in the corporate legal field.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Conveyancing Lawyer:
To be attached to the conveyancing department.
Able to prepare Sale and Purchase Agreement, MOT, POC, and loan documentation.
Experience in dealing with Maybank and CIMB loan documentation will be an advantage.Chambering (for Litigation):Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.Good PC skills.Qualifications and Requirements:Good command of the English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.Able to work independently with minor supervision (not applicable for Chambering position).A good team player.Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel).#J-18808-Ljbffr
