Responsibilities



-Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.


-Understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior to offer tailored solutions and services.


-Communicate effectively in Indonesian to build rapport and address customer concerns.


-Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue growth.


-Implement and manage CRM tools to track interactions, monitor customer trends, and improve engagement.


-Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to execute customer-centric strategies.


-Proactively resolve customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.


-Monitor and measure customer feedback and satisfaction to continuously improve the customer journey.


-Develop and execute strategies to drive customer retention and maximize revenue contribution.

-Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.


-Fluency in Indonesian is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.


-Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


-Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
