Junior Customer Service Executive (Based in Kota Kemuning)The Junior Customer Service Executive maintains a good relationship and works directly with the customers to complete sales transactions.
Your duties include responding to enquiries, providing quotations, and order fulfilment.
You will be working under the supervision of the senior customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Attend customer enquiries through email and phone, prompt reply/acknowledgement to customers and general sales matters.
Prepare Quotations, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice, and other necessary documentation for customer delivery.
Sales support for the fulfilment of orders placed by customers.
Create and maintain customer records in the system and maintain proper documentation.
Monitor orders against available inventory and ensure smooth delivery processes.
Liaise with forwarder for export and import.
Monitor and coordinate with vendor on shipment arrangement.
Assisting HQ order process.
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Able to work in office atKota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
People Requirements
Minimum Diploma fresh graduates, or SPM with 2 years related experiences.
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service in order management, or purchasing experience.
Experience in logistics or 3PL industries is preferred.
Proficiency in computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, BC.
Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and attention to details.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Malay and Chinese.#J-18808-Ljbffr
