We are now seeking aJunior Electronics Engineerto join our dynamic Hardware Development and Engineering team, focusing on enhancing our production and test tooling processes.
In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between Production, Development, and Suppliers.
Collaborating closely with internal teams and external technical partners, you will play a key role in resolving production challenges and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain both new and existing electronics production tooling essential to MYLAPS' electronics production.
Perform in-depth analysis of production and tooling issues, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Hardware and Operations teams to recommend and implement product and process improvements based on your analysis.
Required Skills & Experience:
A strong background in electronics development, with a passion for creating and maintaining sustainable tooling that enhances high-quality electronics production.
A degree in a technical field such as (Micro) Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
A genuine affinity for electronics, with a keen interest in applying your creativity to innovate and improve processes.
Knowledge or experience in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
This is an office-based position, with no remote work option.
