As aJunior Embryologist,you will assist with ART laboratory procedures, handle inquiries, and maintain quality assurance to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and support daily embryology procedures.
Manage resources to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
Provide safe and high-quality embryological care.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Participate in quality improvement activities and risk management.
Guide and support junior staff and new team members.
Requirements
BSc in Biosciences, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, or equivalent.
A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with a passion for IVF are welcome to apply.
Candidates with working experience in Fertility/IVF centres have an added advantage.
Knowledge of ART procedures and quality standards.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.
