The Institute of Enterprise RiskPractitioners is currently seeking for an upbeat, motivatedprofessional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. Asa business-to-business Sales Executive (this is an inside salesposition) who is committed to excellence, your primaryresponsibility will be to communicate effectively with top-level,decision-making executives, in order to provide them with theopportunity to attend a leading industry event.
REMUNERATION Basic Salary +Unlimited Commission + Performance Bonus + Other Incentivesincluding Company sponsored training, hotel stay,etc. RESPONSIBILITIESAND DUTIES Researching prospectsGeneratingleadsCold calling,contacting potential/new customers over the phone and viaemailMaintainingrelationships with existing clients and identifying new businessopportunities with themMeeting daily,weekly, and monthly salestargets.REQUIREMENTS Must haveskills: Excellent verbalcommunications skills inEnglish.Ability to identifyqualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customerrelationships viatelephone.Develop/build yourown client base – utilizing proven sales techniques including:Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, coldcalling and closing.Consistently beingable to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying commitmentdecision – "closing"skills.Able to clearlypresent the customer with the key benefits of attending ourprograms, while also focusing on the customer's individualneeds.Demonstrate drive,persistence and the ability to meet or exceed salestargets. Good to haveskills: You are notintimidated by the challenge of contacting top, executive-leveldecision makers.You should beself-motivated and commissiondriven.Ability to functionindependently in a teamenvironment.Having previoussuccessful experience in an inside sales environment (is a definiteasset). However, candidates who indicate a strong desire to developtheir sales skills in order to succeed in a corporate salesenvironment will also beconsidered.Candidate mustpossess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post GraduateDiploma, Professional Degree, anyfield.
