Your Day-to-DayRecord and maintain the ownership transfer tracking listing.Support and perform all ownership transfer requests.Perform filtration on requirement fulfillment before executing ownership transfers.Liaise with external parties regarding all required actions on JPJ ownership transfers.Safekeep all relevant supporting documents related to ownership transfers.Provide relevant documents or information as requested by internal parties.Perform account creation for new business development executives or dealers.Monitor and obtain ownership transfers back to the company for all returned and rejected units.Assist with any ad-hoc projects as needed and provide solutions to related parties facing issues with ownership transfer matters.Your Know-HowMinimum of 1 year of administration-related experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!Good communication skills.Meticulous in paperwork.Great attitude and willingness to learn.Pleasant personality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
