Ensure car keys are labelled
Ensure the safekeeping of the car keys
Arrange car keys for easy access
Record & track the location and movement of the car keys and physical cars upon the receiving and outgoing car keys
Tallying car keys against the physical car
Align administrative tasks with other stakeholders
Prepare reports summary to measure the car keys movement utilization
Ensure list of appointments and logistics are maintained
Ensure all documents and spare keys are kept in a secured location
Ensure proper transition of car movement.
