Junior Executive, Telemarketing/Customer ServiceSkip to content
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Contacting assigned customers through phone calls to inform them about a specific service/product and convince them to purchase.
Call the selected customers to sell service/product.
Share the selling points for service/product.
Recommend service/product based on customers' needs.
Take detailed call notes and record any feedback.
Follow up payment with potential customers.
Meet daily/monthly call targets.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
Required skill(s): responsibility, cooperative, ability, detail-oriented.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience working in a Call Centre will be an added advantage.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
