Junior Finance Executive (Non-Sales Position)

•?  ?Assisting in perform month end closing in a timely manner
•?  ??Generating weekly and monthly operation analysis reports
•?  ??Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
•?  ??Validation of information / input in the monthly reports to ensure accuracy
•?  ?Dealing with Agency to ensure the accuracy of expenditure data
•?  ?Performing account reconciliation
•?  ?Work closely with Operation and Sales team to ensure symmetric of information
•?  ??Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested
•?  ??Work independently, liaise and communicate effectively on relevant issues

Job Requirements
•?  ?Fresh Grad is also welcomed. 
•?  ??Degree or advanced diploma in Accounting/ Finance or any
•?  ??This job requires Mandarin as the core communication language because some of our core clients are Mandarin speakers.
•?  ??Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
•?  ??Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines and good organization skill
