Responsible for analysing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and support monthly and quarterly business metrics reporting. The position involves assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and projection. Contributing to accounting system maintenance and setup, providing initial support to the country's team Aid in the development and creation of reporting templates for the country's team. Assist in any ad-hoc projects and conduct ad-hoc analysis for senior management as needed. Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance experience, with financial analysis experience, is considered a plus.  A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Demonstrated interest in reporting and data analysis tools. Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. Outstanding oral and written communication abilities. Good business acumen Strong teamwork and collaborative skills are essential for success in this role.
