Job Description
- To handle various portfolio of work
- To attend court for hearing AND/OR due diligence exercises & property related matters AND/OR willing to learn to draft cause papers and submission
- To conduct research
- Good research skills (Legal authorities based)
- Able to comply with instruction and responsible to meet timeline.
- To do opinion writing and be able to give independent opinion
- High commitment to complete assigned task and to learn
- Able to perform advocacy skills (Litigation)
- Able to attend case management, Trial/Hearing (Litigation)
- Able to be a team player.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hardworking & be able to work with the team
- To be self-motivated and committed
- Must possess own transport
- Able to report and update superiors promptly
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu languages (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
