Junior Payroll Analyst

Salary: RM4200 - RM4500
Location: Unit G-1 UOA Corporate Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8 Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Working day & hour: Mon - Fri – 9:00am-6:00pm 
Contract duration:  12 months under PERSOLKELLY
Duties: Manage end to end employees' payroll processing by consolidate of time-and-attendance and payroll master data and other payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, promotions) in adherence to company timelineSupport all payroll tool and system upgradesEnsure payroll procedure are compliance with relevant laws and internal policiesSupport and assist in internal and external audits related to payroll records.Maintain consistent, complete, accurate and timely records and prepare all necessary reports and dashboardsResponse promptly to payroll- related inquiries within stipulated service level agreement and provide sustainable resolution to any concerns raised by employees Requirements: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field.At least two years of solid working experience in regional payroll (shared services) function.Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS and MS Office (specifically Excel).A keen eye for details and analytical mind.Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency to ensure we are adhered to pay & legislative deadlines.Good command in written and verbal communication in English is a must and Fluency in any other languages is a plus.Experienced in payroll process improvements or consolidated project shall be advantageous Kindly send your updated resume and put subject as "Application for (Job Position Title)".
