Junior Project Manager

-Determine and define project scope and objectives. -Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.-Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan. -Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.-Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. -Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. -Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. -Perform risk management to minimize project risks. -Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.-Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.-Perform other related duties as assigned. -University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. -At least 1-2 years of project management and related experience. -PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus. -Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.-Project experience in Contact Center Solution Implementation is an advantage.-Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure; self-motivated and well-organized -Proven ability to solve problems creatively.-Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.-Strong leadership skills, analytic skills, conflict management skills, collaborative skills, organizational skills, as well as critical thinking skills. -Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. -Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Willing to travel. -Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
