Junior Qs Cum Assistant Purchaser

1. Checking of measurement of quantities, forming BQ, preparing and checking list for suppliers/subcontractors.
2. Assist in preparing enquiries for material, labour, plant quotation & preparing preliminary cost estimate and built-up unit rate.

3. Responsible for purchase of materials.

4. Identify and select vendor to procure building material or service meeting criteria of price, quality, availability and delivery dates.

5. Establish and maintain supplier relationship and monitor supplier performance.

6. Liaise with supplier/vendor on orders, delivery, price, quantity, quality and documentation issues

7. Ensure compliances with sourcing policies and procedures.

8. Any other duties as instructed from time to time.
