Senior Purchasing Executive

Senior Purchasing Executive provides and managing for our customers (internal or external) the most effective and efficient procurement processes and procedures for the acquisition of quality goods in support of the company's mission and goals.
Purchasing is service oriented to support users with the best procurement, negotiation, financial and information resources and to provide qualified suppliers, service providers with open and fair access to the company's business.
Responsibilities: Purchase of raw materials, packaging materials and engineering parts and ser vices Manage the company's procurement processes, including pre paring purchase orders, sourcing potential suppliers, price inquiries, bidding, comparing and evaluating offers, and managing the full cycle of purchasing activities.
Optimize procurement processes to control quality and costs effectively.
Ensure timely deliverability of purchase materials, including manage logistics (For import) Monitor supply markets and trends such as price changes and shortages of supply, communicate with management on any significant factors that could affect the purchase price.
Develop material plans in accordance with production plan, manage inventory, and prepare departmental budgets.
Coordinate work across different departments within the company.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate  Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Chemistry or related discipline.
At least 5 year(s) of worming experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with experience in chemicals material and manufacturing industry.
Ability to work systematically and possess problem solving and analytical thinking skills Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office application and relevant Enterprise Resource Planning software experience Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
