Job Responsibilities-To assist Contract Manager to carry out Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities in compliance to Company Standard Operation Procedure.-Manage, monitor, coordinate and control overall costing and budget.-Able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities.-Able to handle tendering and obtain quotations-Evaluate and manage Sub-Contractors progress claim and final account.-Any other duties and responsibilities assign by direct Superior.  Job requirement: 1) Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field2) Required skill(s): Tendering skills, Price negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Project.3) Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.4) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.5) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English6) Fresh graduate is encourages to apply.
