Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities


-To assist Contract Manager to carry out Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities in compliance to Company Standard Operation Procedure.


-Manage, monitor, coordinate and control overall costing and budget.


-Able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities.


-Able to handle tendering and obtain quotations


-Evaluate and manage Sub-Contractors progress claim and final account.


-Any other duties and responsibilities assign by direct Superior.

Job requirement:
1) Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
2) Required skill(s): Tendering skills, Price negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Project.
3) Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
4) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
5) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
6) Fresh graduate is encourages to apply.
