Receptionist (Administration & Office Support)
Malaysian Citizens or Permanent Residents only
Experience preferred, but Fresh Graduates may apply as training will be provided
Added advantage: Previous working experience in clinic or hotels as receptionist/front desk; Proficient in using medical office software, electronic health record systems, and standard office productivity tools
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle billing and insurance inquiries.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
