Junior/Senior Credits Specialist

Working Hours:8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Lunch Hour:12.00-1.30pm
Working Location:Johor Bahru

Responsibility:
Check the completeness of documents of clients who want to opt for installment sales
Review the documents submitted by the clients.
Conduct credit investigation on all the Clients endorsed by sales team
Prepare & submit credit report and recommend for approval on the accounts that pass the criteria of credit
Involved in preparation of credit scoring, credit evaluation, and credit papers for management approval
Responsible for debt collection and overdue management
Cooperate with law firms, towing companies, and other external agencies to retrieve overdue equipment (when necessary)
Able to understand Financial Statements, Ratios, & Business Flow
Requirement:
Education Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management.
Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferably have experience working with a heavy machinery company.
Familiarity with hire purchase would be an advantage.
Able to travel within Malaysia on a frequent/monthly/on-request basis to conduct credit investigations on customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English with the ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders.
