Junior & Senior Lawyers and Pupil in Chambers (Personal Commercial Banking & Conveyancing)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle Conveyancing & Corporate Conveyancing work, including sub-sale SPA, banking, and financial matters from initial stages to completion. Company Loans & Share sale knowledge is an added advantage.
• Prepare and review all necessary legal documents and contracts.
• Ensure timely completion of transaction.
• Provide support in corporate/commercial banking and conveyancing matters.
• Prepare and maintain status reports for ongoing cases.

Job Requirements:
• For Junior & Senior Lawyers:
o A strong degree with a valid practicing certificate.
o 2 to 5 years of experience in conveyancing practice.
o Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, positive attitude.
o Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
o Ability to work independently, with diligence, and attention to detail.
o Strong work discipline and professionalism.
• For Pupil in Chambers:
o No prior experience required.
o Will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the role.
