Junior/Senior Recruitment Consultant (Agency)Understands clients' requirements and provides suitable candidates to client.
Headhunt, source, and filter good candidates through various online systems/medias and matching candidates with the client's job openings.
Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and writing resume summaries before profiling the suitable candidates for client's considerations.
Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates.
Finalizing offer details between client and candidates.
Monitoring payment collections from clients.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.
Assist and contribute in client acquisition exercises.
Any ad-hoc jobs as required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related discipline.
Prefer candidates with 1-2 years relevant experience in recruitment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, processes, and methodologies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be resourceful, meticulous, target-driven, and able to work independently.
