Junior Sous ChefResponsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily management and food preparation of the Lodge.
ResponsibilitiesTo be responsible for the hygienic and safe preparation of food.
To assist the Head Chef in preparing all food items as per standard recipe cards while maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage.
Assist the Head Chef in implementing quality control procedures.
Job RequirementCertificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Kitchen Department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
